1. Who we are
1111 Sixes ("we", "us") is run by Jack Bercari, a sole trader based in New South Wales, Australia (ABN 20 430 943 162). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use 1111sixes.com, why, who we share it with and the choices you have.
Contact for privacy questions and requests: 1111Sixes@gmail.com
2. The short version
- We only collect what we need to run the game, your account and your purchases.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers.
- Your email address is never shown publicly. Other players see only your Cap name, Cap number, scores and the team sheets you choose to share.
- You can delete your account, and everything linked to it, at any time from the Dressing Room.
3. What we collect
If you play as a guest
We save a random guest ID in a cookie on your device, and the games you play (your XI, score, game mode and date), so you can resume games and keep a Daily Chase streak. We don't ask guests for a name or email. If you buy something as a guest, we also keep your purchases, kit and Super Over Pass (see Purchases) linked to that guest ID. Xsolla asks for your email to send the receipt; we don't store it.
If you get your Cap (create an account)
- From Google or X, if you sign in with one of them: your name, email address and a link to your profile picture. X shares your email address only if you've confirmed one with X. We never see your Google or X password. They also give us sign-in tokens, which we store to keep the sign-in working.
- If you sign in with an email code: your email address. We email you a one-time code and keep a scrambled copy of it for 10 minutes to check it.
- What you give us: the Cap name you choose, and your confirmation that you're 18 or older. We also give you a Cap number and record when you joined.
Your games and progress
Your XIs, scores, game modes, Daily Chase results, streaks, milestones and leaderboard entries. If you sign up after playing as a guest, your guest games move to your account.
Purchases
What you bought, the price and currency, the date, its status (paid, refunded and so on), Xsolla's order number, the wildcards in your kit, when your Super Over Pass ends and which Daily Trio wildcards you've used today. Your card and payment details go only to Xsolla, our payment partner. We never see them.
How you found us
If you arrive through a tagged link (for example from a post, an ad, or a friend's invite), we remember the tag and, for invites, which player invited you, in a cookie for 30 days. When you get your Cap, we save them with your account so we know which links bring players in and can give invite rewards.
Technical information
- When you sign in, we record the sign-in session with your IP address and browser/device details, to keep your account secure.
- To stop abuse, we briefly use your IP address to limit how many games can be started from one connection. These records are deleted within 24 hours.
- Our hosting provider tells us your approximate country (worked out from your IP address) so we can show the right prices and language. We don't store it with your account.
- Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and protect the service.
4. How we use it
- To run the game: saving games, your Dressing Room, milestones, the Daily Chase and leaderboards.
- To run your account and keep it secure, including signing you in and preventing cheating and abuse.
- To process purchases: delivering items to your kit, handling refunds and keeping records.
- To run giveaways: drawing a winner from eligible Caps, and using the winner's email and delivery details only to send the prize (shared only with the retailer or courier, and deleted once it arrives).
- To show the right prices, currency and language for where you are.
- To answer your messages, and to meet our legal obligations.
We don't use your information for advertising, we don't build marketing profiles, and we don't make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
5. What other players can see
- Leaderboards show your Cap name, Cap number, scores, and badges such as the ⚡ pass badge and the "No wildcards" badge. Each week we may post the top scores (Cap name, Cap number and score) on our social media accounts, such as X.
- Shared team sheets: when you share an XI, anyone with the link can see your Cap name and that team sheet.
- Your email address, profile picture, purchases and Dressing Room are private to you.
- If a friend invited you, they see only how many friends have joined through their link, not who.
6. Cookies
We only use our own cookies, for the site to work and to know how you found us:
- Sign-in cookie: keeps you signed in (about a week, or until you sign out).
- Guest cookie (
sixes_guest): links your guest games to your browser (up to a year). - Language cookie (
NEXT_LOCALE): remembers English or Hindi (up to a year). - Link and invite cookies (
sixes_ref,sixes_via): remember which link or friend brought you here (30 days), as described in section 3.
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Xsolla's checkout page may set its own cookies, which are covered by Xsolla's privacy policy.
7. Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run 1111 Sixes, and only what they need:
- Vercel (website hosting, United States).
- Neon (database hosting; our database is in Singapore).
- Google and X, if you sign in with them. Their own privacy policies apply to your Google or X account.
- Resend (email delivery, United States), to send sign-in codes. We send Resend your email address and the code.
- Xsolla, our payment partner and the seller of record for purchases. To start a payment, we send Xsolla your player ID, Cap name, email address and country, plus the item you're buying. Xsolla's privacy policy applies to the payment.
- Sentry (error monitoring, United States). If something on the site breaks, we receive a technical error report: what went wrong, on which page, and your browser type. It's set not to send your name, email address, cookies or the details of links you used.
- Google or X, which serve your profile picture if you signed in with them. Your browser connects to them directly for it, so they can see your IP address.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. We never sell or rent your information.
8. Storage outside your country
Your information is stored and processed outside Australia and India, mainly in the United States (Vercel, Google, X, Resend, Xsolla, Sentry) and Singapore (Neon). We use well-established providers that protect data under their own security and privacy commitments.
9. How long we keep it
- Account information, games and purchase history: until you delete your account.
- Unfinished games: deleted after 7 days. Guest games: deleted after 60 days.
- Guest purchases (and the kit and pass they give): kept with your guest ID until you move them to an account by getting your Cap, or ask us to delete them.
- Abuse-prevention records (IP addresses): deleted within 24 hours.
- Sign-in sessions: until they expire or you sign out.
When you delete your account, we immediately delete your profile, games, milestones, kit and purchase history, and links to your shared team sheets stop working. Copies may stay in our database provider's backups for a short time (no more than 30 days) before they're overwritten. Xsolla keeps its own records of payments, as the law requires of a seller.
10. Your rights and choices
- See your information: most of it is in your Dressing Room. Email us for a copy of the rest.
- Correct it: you can change your Cap name in your Dressing Room. Email us to correct anything else.
- Delete it: use "Delete account" in your Dressing Room, or email us.
- Withdraw consent: you can stop using 1111 Sixes and delete your account at any time.
- Players in India also have the rights given by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, including asking for a summary of your data, correction or erasure, and nominating someone to act for you if you die or become unable to.
We'll reply to privacy requests within 30 days. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or, in India, the Data Protection Board of India.
11. Age
Accounts are only for people aged 18 or over. Guests can play without giving us personal information. If we learn that someone under 18 has created an account, we'll delete it.
12. Security
We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access to our systems and reputable providers, and payments are handled entirely by Xsolla. No online service can be completely secure, so please keep your Google, X and email accounts safe and tell us if you notice anything wrong.
13. Changes to this policy
We'll update this policy when the way we handle information changes. If a change is significant, we'll tell you on the site, or by email if you have an account, before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
14. Language
This policy is available in English and Hindi. The Hindi version is provided for convenience; if the two differ, the English version applies.
